The balcony attached to our room was nice. I wish we could have saw the ocean, but that’s a very small complaint that is kind of out of their control! The amenities bar was also a nice touch, as well as the usage of washer and dryers. Dryers were ¥100 for 15 minutes, but no complaints there.

Staffs were amazing! The room was specious and clean, free drink available throughout the day, washing machines are free of charge.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and accomodated

we requested to change rooms and they were nice enough to give us a bigger room, loved the staffs kindness. very big and nice room with everything you need! Location was kind of in the cut and dark at night, you will have to really pay attention upon arrival. Loved that they had a parking spot for each room individually.
